Love Juice #10



This LOVE JUICE was delicious and full of power minerals and nutrients.

KALE
CHARD
BEETS
DANDELION GREENS
CARROTS
FENNEL
GINGER
TURMERIC
CELERY
GREEN BEANS
LEMON

As an addition to the juice. I had a power packed breakfast after my wight training program. So simple:

2/3 C PLAIN FULL FAT YOGURT
2T WHEAT GERM
1T DRIED MINT
1/2 T POWERED TURMERIC
CINNAMON
1 FRESH PEAR

AMERICANO WITH CREAM
ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE (FROM PCC)

Really enjoyed this morning meal. Looks like the pastries are fading out of the picture. They do not taste as good as they had in the past. Ah Change ;-)
