Love Juice #40
Do day our love had company.
To the left:
Blend
1/2 organic fresh cranberries
1/2 plain low fat yogurt
12 almonds
Cinnamon
Stevia
Pour over
Chia Seed
Enjoy!!

Dandelion
Kale
Fennel
Carrots with Tops
and Tons of water.
Remember no matter what activity you take part in. Regardless if it is power lifting, body building, ballet, yoga, rock climbing, skiing, swimming, cycling and on and on and on.
Eat 3 small meals and 3 small snacks each day. You will lower your over fatness ;-) keeping the metabolism happy and blood sugars at bay.
