Tai Chi meets Weights
This is a great movement for those looking to keep flexibility and and a muscle strength.
For Beginners:
Preform without the Bar
Focus on your the power in your lower abdomen (men-prostate/woman-whom)
As your hips open gradually add weights.
I'm a bit lazy and have gotten bored with counting reps. So I train with Kryas or Mantras in my head for timing or play a song that is 2-5 min long.
Your metabolism with boost. Muscle will shape and confidence will return.
