Time out

Hello Readers:

I will be taking a bit of time off from this blog.
Out to refocus on what direction I am taking my personal fitness and business.

Now, I am focused on a 34-day program for strength. In addition, I am adding 60 min of cardio each day and yoga 2x and dance 1-2x each week. The key is the nutrition. Vegetables, mix of (brown rice, millet, black beans, garbanzo bean, lentils, yams...) beef, eggs and fish.

My intention for this break is to collect information around cancer stories and success stories around raw foods (The china Study - book)

I love you all and will be back soon

Ila

My mother was diagnosed with lung cancer back in 2002. Her type of cancer was known to not respond well to treatment, so the doctors goal was to "shrink" it enough to surgically remove it. My mom totally changed her diet to aid in the treatment (along with radiation and chemo). When the treatment was over, the doctors discovered that the cancer was gone completely. I also believe that (you're) relationship with God plays a huge role as does your peace of mind, spirit, and soul. I am very interested in hearing what your research comes up with.

The China Study. A must read for anyone who eats!

I dedicated a whole page of my blog to it and refer back to it often when I post in the "Be careful who you listen to" Catagory.

I agree with others who say it's one of the best books on diet and nutrition every written.
