Ah loving viewers. As some of you may know Ila is taking Barlean Balance onto the radio on 12.8.2006 at 11:00 on 1150 am radio with Denny Dwyer of Natural Law Center. This will be benefiting all the listener in hearing an aternative approach to how movement can be brought into an individuals life and an opportunity to understand yourself buy peeling the layers of your past to have deeper truth of your own being.
Ila and Barlean Balance will also be in India from January 9-30, 2007. There Ila will be gathering information of how health and well-being has developed in India. Ila heard in 2003 that Diabetes had been on a rise in Delhi and this pissed her off. Having lived in Japan and traveled to several other eastern countries and Spain and observing how the Western fast food industry has intoxicated the youth. Eventhough Ila has a fasincation with science and technolgy and the benefits the researchers have brought to the public. Yet, she is also irritated that with this rise in knowledge has brought others futher away from the roots of health and personal wellbeing.
This trip will benefit all of Ila's existing clients and all though in her community and those that will be arriving. Thank you for all your interest, support and feedback.
